If you are using Active Campaign with HTML forms (which has the benefit of having the possibility of additional tracking, you can already add a check mark (tick box).
You can test it here in the form below. The form is for a course that we are working on, feel free to register, you will be added to our notification list, you can always unsubscribe at any time.
Live Example
In this example, you have to click the checkbox, if not, you will not be able to submit the form.
At the moment, the field on the check box only supports plain text (no html or links). The checkbox field is configured to be clickable on the field, that currently doesn't allow to have a privacy policy clickable on that field.

It's currently not possible to have the checkbox line (as the Yes, I agree part) configured as a link to select the checkbox.
May 17th 2018. With an update, it's now possible to add a link, or multiple links with the checkbox.

Where to go from here
One step to make is an inventory of the locations where you capture personal information and where it is stored. Thrive Leads is only one aspect to look into. Your website might rely on other plugins storing data. Your auto-responder has data stored on their systems, and you probably have personal information about your leads and clients in your email account. Backups might contain personal information as well.
This regulation is a great occasion to review how we capture, store and use the email address (and other information) from our clients and potential clients.
